UCSC Alumna Nikki D. talks to Reunion Weekend visitors about univeristy programs for undocumented students.

Public programs at the IAS include artist talks, interdisciplinary events and symposia, workshops, and public receptions for exhibitions.

The bi-quarterly artist lecture series, Traction: Artist Talks, brings to campus some of the most important voices in art today.

Leonardo Art Science Evening Rendezvous (LASER) events take place once a quarter. These interdisciplinary events are part of a international program of evening gatherings that bring artists, scientists, and scholars together for informal presentations and conversations, cosponsored by the Leonardo International Society for Art, Science, and Technology.

The IAS also coordinates other exciting events and performances throughout the year, bringing a wide-range of dynamic cultural programming to UC Santa Cruz students, staff, and faculty and the broader community.
